Turnweave is built to help users manage long ChatGPT conversations with visible turn controls, Smart Mode, optional timestamps, page controls, a floating overlay, settings backup, and related interface features. Turnweave is focused on chatgpt.com at launch.

Local Handling and Account Data

Turnweave’s live chat controls work by handling the current ChatGPT page locally in your browser. Account, sign-in, and purchase data are used only for optional account linking, restore, and Pro access features. Turnweave does not sell user data, does not use user data for unrelated purposes, and does not use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

• If you sign in or unlock Pro, your email address may be used for Zohsik account sign-in, restore, and Pro access.
• If you stay signed in, secure sign-in session information may be used to confirm your account-linked access.
• If you purchase Pro, purchase and access records may be used to confirm, restore, refund, or manage your Pro access.

What Turnweave Does Not Collect or Use

• Turnweave does not collect health information.
• Turnweave does not collect location data such as GPS coordinates or precise device location.
• Turnweave does not collect browsing history.
• Turnweave does not collect or transfer personal communications such as emails, texts, or chat messages to Zohsik servers for advertising, analytics, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Permissions Explanation

Turnweave uses these permissions only to save your settings, apply controls to the correct ChatGPT tab, and support optional account and Pro access features.

Permission	Purpose
storage	Saves Turnweave extension preferences and account state needed for its single-purpose long-chat management features. This includes visible-turn settings, Load More settings, Smart Mode settings, theme and language preferences, timestamp settings, local action-log settings, onboarding state, and Zohsik account/Pro access state.
tabs	Helps Turnweave find the active supported ChatGPT tab so popup, shortcut, page-control, and overlay actions apply to the correct conversation. Turnweave does not use this permission to collect or store browsing history.
Supabase host permission	Lets Turnweave securely connect to the Zohsik account and entitlement backend. This supports magic-link sign-in, account restore, Pro entitlement checks, checkout-related account flows, and device/session lifecycle updates. This connection is used only for Turnweave account and access management and is not used to transmit ChatGPT conversation content.

Local Extension Storage

Turnweave saves settings in browser extension storage so your preferences are remembered when you reopen the extension.

• Visible-turn settings, Load More settings, and Show All behavior
• Smart Mode and Smart Mode Profile preferences
• Top bar, overlay, theme, language, timestamp, startup, and shortcut-related settings
• Local action-log and diagnostic details used to explain recent Turnweave activity

ChatGPT Page Interaction

Turnweave runs on supported ChatGPT pages so it can count conversation turns, hide older visible turns, load older turns back, show the full conversation, display optional timestamps, and show Turnweave controls on the page.

Turnweave does not change ChatGPT responses, prompts, model behavior, or the content generated by ChatGPT. Turnweave does not delete older ChatGPT messages. It hides older turns from the live page view so long chats can feel lighter, and you can load older turns back when needed.

Turnweave does not send ChatGPT conversation content to Zohsik servers. Turnweave is focused on chatgpt.com at launch and should not be described as supporting all AI chat sites.

Zohsik Account, Pro Access, and Payments

Turnweave Free can be used without creating a Zohsik account. A Zohsik account is only needed if you choose to unlock, restore, or use account-linked Turnweave Pro access.

• Zohsik uses Supabase to support account sign-in, session handling, restore flows, and Pro access checks.
• Zohsik uses Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing. Turnweave does not collect credit card numbers directly in the extension.
• Zohsik website pages help complete account sign-in, checkout, success, cancel, restore, and return-to-extension flows.
• Turnweave Pro access is confirmed through Zohsik’s backend rather than stored as a permanent local unlock.
• Basic device/session records may be used to help support account security, restore behavior, and abuse prevention.
